Clinic Policy

Appointment Policy

Kettle Moraine Veterinary Clinic is a busy hospital with clients and their pets coming in and going home all day long.                                                All of our appointments are scheduled appointments. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before you scheduled appointment time to verify your account information. This helps to ensure that all of our appointments run smoothly and on time.

For the protection of your pet, you, other clients and staff members we ask that all dogs be on a non-retractable leash and properly controlled while in the parking lot, lobby and exam room.  All cats must be in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.

Cancellation Policy

A veterinary/client relationship is built on mutual trust and respect. As such, we strive to be on time for your scheduled appointments, and ask that you give us the courtesy of a call when you are unable to keep your appointment. As a courtesy, we provide reminder calls the day before your appointment.  However, you are responsible to remember your appointment regardless.

In order to be respectful of the medical needs of other patients, please be courteous and call our office promptly if you are unable to show up for an appointment. This time will be reallocated to someone who is in need of treatment. If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. For surgeries and / or dentals we require a 72 hour notice of cancellation in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will allow another patient access to timely veterinary care.

To cancel your appointment, please call 920-892-4225. If you do not reach the receptionist, you may leave a detailed message on our voice mail. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please leave your name and phone number. We will return your call promptly.

A “no-show” is a client who misses an appointment without cancelling it. A failure to be present at the time of a scheduled appointment will be recorded in the patient’s chart as a “no-show”. This includes arriving 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment.

An occurrence will result in you being charged the cost of an office call and all future appointments will require prepayment of the office call fee. Three occurrences will result in you being charged the cost of an office call and the client may be discharged from the practice.

Payment Policy

Payment is required at the time of service, but for your convenience, we are pleased to offer a variety of payment options for veterinary services. We accept cash, debit cards, all major credit cards, CareCredit, and personal checks.
