Kettle Moraine Veterinary Clinic is a fast-paced, six doctor small animal practice located in Plymouth, Wisconsin seeking to employ the following positions:
- Full-time Certified Veterinary Technician - The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, compassionate and team oriented. Strong client communication is a must, both in clinic and over the phone. Employees would be involved in a variety of duties including, but not limited to: microscopic and in-house blood analytics laboratory diagnostics, digital radiography, administration and monitoring of surgical anesthetics, assistance during surgical procedures, performance of dental prophylaxis, restraint of patients during, appointments, and proper dispensation of pharmaceuticals. Strong client communication is a must, both in clinic and over the phone. Benefits include health insurance, 401-K, PTO, and paid holidays. No after-hours emergency duty required.
- Full-time Veterinary Assistant - The Veterinary Assistant will help the veterinarians and veterinary technicians by obtaining vital signs and brief histories on animals from their owners. Job duties include but not limited to restraining animals, filling prescriptions and keeping the clinic clean and organized. Assistants will also assist in answering phones and entering appointment information into the computer system. Animal skills and people skills are important, as well as a positive attitude and a desire to serve our clients. Benefits include health insurance, 401-K, PTO, and paid holidays.
